To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers etc. and exhibit complete professionalism in communication with them

Job Description:
In this role, you will be required to:
- • To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department
- • To divert calls to assigned colleague when not in seat
- • To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures
- • To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them
- • To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks etc
- • Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them including tracking delivery
- • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
- • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- • Coordination of ID and other visitors cards
- • Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees
- • Follow up with housekeeping materials, stationary item and place orders
